I have tried the Bubble Tea for the very first time at my grandma’s home. it was just fantastic. That was long ten years back. Since then i never tried it. Then a cousin of mine inspired me to make it the Bubble green tea or bubble tea. so we started experimenting things. Spent huge time knowing the basics of it , and now i am getting best at it.
If you are not familiar what is Bubble tea, or Bubble green tea, its the kind of tea beverage that basically originates in Japan and Kora in early 80′s. Many bubble teas contain mixed with fruit and milk and sometimes teapioca pearls with it. The type of this tea used in varies places with some additional and different ingredients
I opted for a green tea with black tapioca pearls. I visited a local Asian supermarket and I stocked up on black tapioca pearls, matcha (see notes section below), green tea, and thick straws. What I love about green bubble tea is that it contains healthy green tea, it’s naturally colorful (no dyes used), it’s a sweet and delicious treat, and it makes a fun drink for kids because they’ll love the color and texture of the chewy pearls.

There are couple of things i have tried. after failing and making different funny and unique things, i finally made it. and now i am master at it.I personally recommend the large Black tapioca pearls, at first i did purchase large white tapioca and then after facing problems, it gone through huge mess. There are some secrets about cooking these pearls, but its not everyone’s game.

only thick straws must be used with these large pearls. The pearls will get lodged in standard straws. its easy to get them in local Asian market.
One can also purchase the Matcha in Asian supermarkets tea section. This is basic ingredient to the green bubble tea. basically its filled with milled japanese green tea. it creates a powder and suges is added to it. It naturally provides a beautiful green color and a great flavor.
