the magic of bubble green tea

I have tried the Bubble Tea for the very first time at my grandma’s home. it was just fantastic. That was long ten years back. Since then i never tried it. Then a cousin of mine inspired me to make it the Bubble green tea or bubble tea. so we started experimenting things. Spent huge time knowing the basics of it , and now i am getting best at it.

If you are not familiar what is Bubble tea, or Bubble green tea, its the kind of tea beverage that basically originates in Japan and Kora in early 80′s. Many bubble teas contain mixed with fruit and milk and sometimes teapioca pearls with it. The type of this tea used in varies places with some additional and different ingredients

I opted for a green tea with black tapioca pearls. I visited a local Asian supermarket and I stocked up on black tapioca pearls, matcha (see notes section below), green tea, and thick straws. What I love about green bubble tea is that it contains healthy green tea, it’s naturally colorful (no dyes used), it’s a sweet and delicious treat, and it makes a fun drink for kids because they’ll love the color and texture of the chewy pearls.

There are couple of things i have tried. after failing and making different funny and unique things, i finally made it. and now i am master at it.I personally recommend the large Black tapioca pearls, at first i did purchase large white tapioca and then after facing problems, it gone through huge mess. There are some secrets about cooking these pearls, but its not everyone’s game.

only thick straws must be used with these large pearls. The pearls will get lodged in standard straws. its easy to get them in local Asian market.

One can also purchase the Matcha in Asian supermarkets tea section. This is basic ingredient to the green bubble tea. basically its filled with milled japanese green tea. it creates a powder and suges is added to it. It naturally provides a beautiful green color and a great flavor.

The way to prepare tea is so much critical and it certainly effects on one’s liking or disliking. So, the tea must come out of the perfect infuser to deliver the brewed tea that makes the difference.But wait a minute, Before you shop that, you must be aware of all the pros and cons plus the product quality you are gonna buy.

Different people call it differently, some call it the Tea ball, Some call it tea maker, and some call it tea egg. There are plenty of types, sizes and shapes available of tea infuser. tea infusers are widely sold out product of cutlery section. Tea infuser has lot of quality types, that comes in metal, glass or other kind of materials. and beleive , its the superb stuff for the people who are in love with their cup of fresh tea to satisfy their thrust. Most of the people use tea strainer for the purpose.

In start, it looks like the easy stuff to do while you are infusing your cup of tea, but it is its a small metal ball that looks similar to a strainer so tea strainer must be used for the purpose. Like other standard tea strainers, they have holes as well. Though some holes are very small that your tea leaves are left in strainer but they are the perfect filter you are gonna use. so a tea strainer is quite essential in the case. the tea strainer is widely practiced product in today’s world.

So what exactly does a tea infuser do?

while you are immersing tea infuser those containing leaves into cup of boiling water, the water absorbs the leaves inside water and release the essence of tea into the cup or pot. tea strainer must be used instead.

SO, there are plenty of different types available for tea infusers that contains mesh balls and perforated balls. Both suits your kitchen very well and those devices brings lot of charm in tea making habit.

The mesh ball in the most essential for fine leaf tea or those tiny loose leaves too. The little tiny holes prevents morsels so they cant pass through. The common shapes are cylindrical, conical or spherical. Some got the handles that resemble tongs which splits apart to open the basket where you put the loose tea.

The classic and most common infuser is the perforated ball.  it contains the shape of an egg and has a chain attached to serve as a handle while tea is ready to be taken out of the pot. That perforated balls have the bigger holes that may allow the tea leaves to escape from the container but, just a strainer cannot solve that. tea infuser is necessary device to use. tea strainer is the best choice one can think of.

The selection of right tea infuser is quite easy. The questions is, Are you up for it? tea bags may be the most practical  choice in the world today where people don’t have time to boil water in a pot, therefore, those tea bags have limited space for water to circulate, thus restraining the flavor and the possible health benefits of tea are gone. a right chosen tea infuser  is the best chosen tea infuser.
